G'day from the land of ozzzzz

The cyclic process is the main process and magnetic reconnection is a key to the process. There is no Big Bang, start of time. Look at all the images from the hubble site. Near and far, what do you see?. You see existing galaxies 10^9 in number of various galaxies, large and small and different stages of clustering.

I think it's time that the human race starts deciding what it wants to accomplish in the future. For far too long goals have been limited to individuals, groups, and rarely entities as large as countries.

Even when these small groups make future plans they are limited to a few years or at most decades. We as a species need to establish just what we want to make happen and point out a time line for this to happen. Some of the things I think the human race needs to do will have to...

Developing orbiting space colonies is important for several reasons. first and foremost is the idea of allowing mankind to avoid natural disasters on the Earth of a magnitude large enough to seriously impact the entire ecosystem of the earth.

Humans as a species have already been through the eye of the needle of mass extinction once. Sometime around 75,000 years ago the species Homo sapiens was nearly wiped out by an event so wide spread that somewhere in the neighborhood of only...

For my first blog entry I would like to say how important I think nuclear power is. I live within a few miles of a nuclear power plant and the electric grid I get my power from has even more nuclear power plants.
