the root of a revolution
haha whoops, root of a reovlution....i think i had evolution in my mind which is why i instinctly stuck an there
I believe that the first step is to legalize drugs, maybe not all of them but lets at least hit up two natural ones that grow freely on this planet, Marijuana and Mushrooms...not for my own prefrence because personally i don't even like weed, we don't get along, and as for shrooms, they are great, but i prefer acid. I'm getting side tracked, the point is, it is ridiculous to make something that grows on this planet illegal, its like Lets make trees illegal cuz they are too damn big, and sometimes people wrap their cars around them and die. How ridicilous does that sound, tree's illegal, well marijuana is a plant, and mushroms are a fungus, if it is because it poisonous that it is illegal, then make black widows illegal while you are at it...it doesn't make sense to outlaw nature, it is down right stupid.
So back to the topic, i believe the root of revolution and our evolution is to make these two drugs legal, and from there things will start flowing, once these two drugs are made legal people will concentrate on other laws that are stupid, and shouldn't be put into effect because they are moral decisions or jsut don't make sense..like peeing in public, what are you supposed to do if you have to pee and your no where near a bathroom. Walk into some random persons house adn use their bathroom? As long as your not standing in the middle of the street with your pants down putting your dong out for everyone to see you should be allowed to simply pee.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Seems like one thread would be more than enough.

So substances like ricin and anthrax should be unregulated?

Re: the root of a revolution
I think, if anything, drugs inhibit revolutions rather than encourage them. People are usually pretty happy when they're on drugs. Happy people don't revolt.

Re: the root of a revolution
your words are without expierence, your knowledge comes from authority, which seeing how a lot of that knowledge is passed through comercials, is created for profit and benefit, is created out of fear of the unknown, etc...you have no way of knowing it is true, unless you yourself have a direct expeirence with it. Or with those who use, and im not saying "i know a guy who knows a guy, i'm talking about a direct family member one you are close to and hang out with, or a really good best friend, someone that you love no matter what and don't bestow ignorant judgement because of their choice to engage in drugs, so you see their true effect on the individual. You don't just go Ew right away, you wait to see if he is a person that when is high is nice, or if he is violent, you wait to see if he changes his thoughts, writes and creates or if he destroys, you wait to see if the effect is loving, or if he molests his little daughter..Drugs make people happy inhibiting a revolution...such bullshit man. You think drugs make people happy, listen to pink floyd. Does his music sound happy? If something pulls away the veil and forces you to see reality, it is pretty fucking nasty, charles manson was an extremist that held a mirror up to society, what he did existed way before him and still does.
