Tower arguments

Could somebody explain the basic mechanism of Papakyriakopoulos' tower argument please.

Hypography [n.]: A combination of "hyperlink" and "bibliography" - ie, a list of links to electronic documents. Comparable to discography and bibliography, but not cartography.
