Special Relativity

Hello all,
I'm a new phys student, think I kinda understand the idea of relativity but when it comes to solving those problems i just dont know where to start. Maybe because I havent fully grasped the concepts yet. Wondering if you all could help me out. thanks
For instant- light beam moves along y' axis with speed c in frame S', which is moving to the right wht speed v relative to frame S. find x and y components of velocity of light beam in frame S.
