Hi, before I can answer you need to be a little bit clearer on what you mean:
-what do you exactly mean by a planck singularity?
-what is Psi_1s? (this terminology asumes the existence of angular momentum, which I find a bit strange)
-in the end you calculate in my opinion only the 'differential' density, not the 'true density' (from your current formulas it is not clear what exactly you integrate)
