That's exactly what it was. Partial returns from a precinct weren't (aren't) published.
CNN calls: Rhode Island, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and New York for Obama, and
Wyoming and North Dakota for McCain |

Shep Smith just reminded us that McCain's campaign manager Rick Davis said yesterday that McCain must win 5 of these 6 states:
Indiana, Virginia, Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
Davis further said that if McCain looses Pennsylvania (  ) then he'll need "Nevada, Iowa, and Colorado and all the rest of the GOP safe seats later in the evening" (in addition to the 5 above)

Brit Hume and Karl Rove are now contemplating possible win scenarios for McCain which include winning California....

Yeah, Ohio just went to Obama. This gives him the election according to Rick Davis' thinking yesterday. If I'm not mistaken all Obama needs now is to hold on to the remaining Kerry states. Wow!
