All things like its use as a medicinal drug, and effects on the brain considered... is marijuana actually a dangerous drug?

define dangerous, I dont think that it does to much damage to you health - but it will get you in the wallet!

Yes.

Mary Jane usage have been linked to damage to the nervous system, including permanently slowing down synapses.

It becomes painful, even - especially when you put a roach out in your eye.

In short, bad idea.

So why is it used in medicine then? There must be some pro's about it or it would never be considered.
By danger i mean danger to physiological, psychological and societal well being.

Lots of dangerous stuff is used in medicine, x-rays, for example.

not saying it wasnt just it does a good job at pain relief.

Info on this on the net is so confilcting.. some site claim it does nothing negative others so its incredibly dangerous

your sure? Alcohol works great but it has other undesirable side-effects, is there such thing as a marijuana hang over?

Pain relievers are hated because of their damage effects? How is that supposed to be bad?

Pain relievers, by their basics are nerve blockers. They can't be less harmful and effective simultaneously.
