As anything to the power of zero, equals one, if I have the term x over y, can I take the zeroth root by making it y over x?

The reciprocal is the power -1. The zeroth rot makes no sense, it would be the power 1/0.

Then it's the zeroth root, wich doesn't make sense.

If your stratagem meant to imply the limit, it's infinity unless the base is 0.
