i haven't heard of this possibility
how would the authorities know which ones hold the code?

i'm sure pretty soon, they would find out an easy way though

Hypography?

Hypography [n.]: A combination of "hyperlink" and "bibliography" - ie, a list of links to electronic documents. Comparable to discography and bibliography, but not cartography.
