I found this little term mentioned on one of science buddies projects site.

It appears to be an exercise in comparing vaccine viral DNA to wild viral DNA, the end in mind being predicting the effectiveness of the vaccine. It focuses on using a DNA sequence comparison tool called BLAST (Information and downloads available here)

Thought I don’t know much about the algorithm(s) used by BLAST, it sounds as if it implements something similar to the solution to the LCS problem that the Unix diff program implements.

Hypography?

Hypography [n.]: A combination of "hyperlink" and "bibliography" - ie, a list of links to electronic documents. Comparable to discography and bibliography, but not cartography.
