Weight Powered Car

Design Parameters:
- The car must have 4 wheels and 2 axles
- all car parts must remain attached to the main body of the car
- car must be powered only by a 2 pulley and rope system using a weight no heavier than 1 kilogram.
- Car must be hand made, but pre-made parts (ex. Toy car wheels) may be used.

They are the requirements for the project. I did some brain storming and i have some questions and you guys can even give me some creating ideas .
Questions:
i was thinking of using Styrofoam as the structure of the car ?
Would wood (lol ) be a better option ?
If any of you guys make a rough image along with your ideas would be very explanatory and i would be very thankful
i can use any or all tools.
