Lazy students
I suspect the reason so few people are asking for help is because most pupils are on their summer holidays and the lazy gits have no time for science.
It's okay. It gives us some time off too.

Re: Lazy students
Isnt a summer a time when you have more time to think about things that are not entirely connected to school, work...?
I have now more time to clear my head, and oversleep my ideas.

I almost forgot how naive I was when I was young. It's amazing how perspective shifts with age.

Re: Lazy students
American zero-goal education contains the mind and starves it within its prison. How else could anybody believe the crap passed as Official truth? How else could the myth of diversity be maintained, that everybody is intellectually equal? Racing beagles and whippets will always result in a dead heat, too.
"Every child left behind" and "lowering the average until everybody is above average" demand more than starvation. They demand explicit destruction ("other-ablement") of the ability to acquire objective knowledge and draw conclusions from it. 1+1 = 3 (1984, George Orwell; cf: John 1:1-3) doesn't last long after Google or an uncensored library.
Ignorance is not enough! Ignorance is educable. The State has created generations of the stupid. Stupid is forever. Stupid is forever begging alms. The State will gladly trade charity stolen from the productive for a correct vote from the suckling mob.
Good Catholics don't read the Bible. Good Catholics ask a priest and thereby acquire the maleable truth of the moment. We have always been at war with EastAsia/EurAsia/Oceania. The Church of Rome went ballistic at Martin Luther not for opening a local German franchise, but for encourging lay literacy. The USSR knew well the dangers of independent thought,
"Mr. Gorbachev, TEAR DOWN THIS WALL!" Ronald Reagan.
Life sucks. Aim your straw at tasty places.

Ummm, that's nice. A touch antiestablishment but still, ummm, nice.
I saw some kids still in school. So unless the youth of today have become supremely arrogant and think they can do their GCSE homework without the help of postgraduate physicists, something must be up.
Perhaps their minds are being taken over by aliens?
