fast food & obesity ..

this is the title of my extended essay ..

the subject is biology ..

so i need ur help in what to search for ..

i made an experiment on my family .. and let them eat fast food for a whole week .. and they gained from 2-3 Kg .. and my prediction is ,if it continues they will gain 2-3 kg everyweek.. but i must get a real research or case study that proves my prediction ..

and i think that its boring .. what fo you think i should put yo let it be more interesting .. what to search for ..

i would B really thankful even fot the smallest help from you ..

You might try measuring:

Blood pressure changes
Pulse rate
waist measurement
belly measurement
BMI (body mass index)
Percent body fat
You could have them fill out a mood scale to see if the food they eat impacts their mood in anyway.
You could study how many times they deficate
You could do all manner of things...

The study can only be exciting if you make it so!

There is no research here - eating poorly causes poor health, it has nothing to do with whether or not it is fast food, except that fast food tends to be less healthy. Try eating at a chain restaurant (Chili's, Olive Garden, Outback) for every meal, or even just one meal, but get an appetizer, entree, and dessert, and you'll see that people who eat unhealthily, are unhealthy.
