Our shadow

Does anyone have any information on the psychological term "shadow"? Have any of you had any experience in your own?

I have been told that I might possibly be schizophrenic, on top of other things, but I doubt it. My doctor explained that he would explain more and he mentioned the term shadow.

Do we have any doctors in here?

No experience here, but I did find this tidbit.

Age is a big factor in Schizophrenia. Do you fall within the typical age bracket?

Anyhow, some fastidious regiments might help (ie exercising, nature walks, friend gatherings).

Not to my knowledge. It is recommended that medical advice be sought from a certified practitioner of medicine.

Re: Our shadow

I definitely don't fall into the appropriate age group. And I think my doctors are crazier than I am. They have their own therapists, so why would I listen to them?

Thanks for the info.
