1 - basic outline
2- residential, industrial and commercial structures placement in order for reaping maximum benefits for eg
adequate sunlight for agriculture
water and terrain creation
3- engines

Can be both, but for the ease of movement and handling i proposed a kind of hollow cylinder with 1/2 part of it belonging to the engines
