Post of the month?
How about a post of the month?The post that gets the most rep might be a good canidate(assuming mods have privy to that info).In the case of a tie mods could vote.I'm sure there are some wonderful posts I and others miss,we could get a chance to read something really good we might have not otherwise seen and hey,maybe the quality of posts would go up for those seeking the coveted post of the month award.
