Nernst equation? Let me try...

${\Delta}G = -W$

${\Delta}G = -q{E^{o}}$

but since
$q = nF$

${\Delta}G = -nFE$

${\Delta}{G^{o}} = -nF{E^{o}}$

For
$aA {\,}+{\,} bB {\rightarrow} cC {\,}+{\,} dD$

$Q = {\frac{{[C]^{c}}{[D]^{d}}}{{[A]^{a}}{[b]^{b}}}}$

And because

${\Delta}G = {\Delta}{G^{o}} + RT{{Ln}Q}$

$-nFE = -nF{E^{o}} + RT{{Ln}{\frac{{[C]^{c}}{[D]^{d}}}{{[A]^{a}}{[b]^{b}}}}}$

or,

$E = {E^{o}} - {{\frac{RT}{nF}} {{Ln}{\frac{{[C]^{c}}{[D]^{d}}}{{[A]^{a}}{[b]^{b}}}}}}$
