| Ancora Imparo | Re: Beer I was introduced to Delirium Tremens as being the 'worlds best beer'. My first impression was 'according to who?' it was a nice flavoursome beer and if you like it then I think you would also enjoy Coopers vintage ale, but the ale is a bit stronger and perhaps not as sweet. ---------------- Jay-qu ::Hypography Moderator of.. | Still Learning | Re: Beer All you guys on the east coast or what? My favs are (all local: ) Wild River Double Eagle Imperial Stout Full Sail Amber Full Sail Limited Deshutes Black Butte Porter Deshutes Cascade Ale I tried brewing a couple batches myself. The first was a porter kit, which I burnt. It was better than the second, an amber with Mt. Hood hops which tasted like dish soap. My third will be like my second except that I will employ industrial cleaning agents. ![]() ---------------- “Welcome to the desert of the real.” -- Morpheus Last edited by Southtown; 03-24-2008 at 08:19 PM. | |
