Re: Does God exist?

God is a concept that is formed as an electromagnetic wavefunction within each human mind. The God concept is formed to put meaning to death of humans including self, to things that exist. All humans observe death of other humans, they ask why, they look to know the process of death as a passing away of some thing that once existed, to their own passing. There are many different Gods among human societies because there are many such meanings of death within the minds of humans. A few humans with good argument of their concept of God have in history been able to convince other humans they may be correct--we call such events organized religion. Just as death as a thing does not exist, so God as a thing does not exist, for a thing that exists is not a concept.

So, to answer the OP question, God Exists Only As A Concept Within The Minds Of Humans. No where else can God be found.

Many eminent physicists believed in intrinsic consciousness--likelihood of existance of God--in the universe, based on scientific findings. Where there is smoke, fire is likely.

I'd say more like immanent than eminent, based on the lack of reproducable results (which is to say you can't bring God to court). It is only the case that where there is smoke, fire is possible.
