Smile Dissociation of Carbon Dioxide

I am not sure why I am putting this here.
I really don't understand it.

I have asked a few questions about it on chemistry 101 about this.
I think it might be important re Global Warming
(Remember I was chucked out of chemistry classes when I was 15.
What is wrong with gunpowder and home-made fire-crackers after all?? Pedants!)
