hey guys
as you must have noticed i have a negative reputation
does that mean that if i agree to a post and click to add to reputation
that person will get a negative rep ?
or in other words
how can a person with negative rep leave a positive rep to an other person ?

Rahil,

I do not fully understand your question.

Rep goes/up down based on the rep strength of the person assigning it.

Someone with a rep power of 50 will have less impact than someone with rep power of 100... whether it be positive or negative. The person assigning the rep does not experience a change (+/-) for giving it, only the person on the receiving end.

Hypography?

Hypography [n.]: A combination of "hyperlink" and "bibliography" - ie, a list of links to electronic documents. Comparable to discography and bibliography, but not cartography.
