Question about Google search of forum

Can anyone tell me how Google searches a forum?

I assume that Google must first be allowed to search a forum. I also assume that Google searches only the OPs.

Does Google also search the complete thread just as they search the OPs?

Re: Question about Google search of forum

It depends on how the forum owners want their forum to be spidered. Google sees Hypography as a "visitor", so it sees a bit less than logged in users. It does index threads but not single posts.
