As for the Posting Level 5 usergroup, you should not be able to see it under the public usergroups. When you reach 1000 posts, every hour the promotions cron task runs and will add you to the new usergroup. When you have been added, you receive all the privilages that usergroup holds. Quote: |

He was a moderator and an admin for a while, too.
