This is only for members who need to reset their password because they cannot log in.

You may want to print this. It's a long list but it takes only a couple of minutes.

Note: There are several ways, but this is the quickest as of right now.

1. Locate the "Forum Jump Menu" at the bottom right of the forums.

2. Select the "User CP" (User Control Panel)

3. You will be presented with a login box. Click on the "Have you forgotten your password?" link

4. Enter your e-mail address and an e-mail will be sent to you.

5. This e-mail is just to confirm that you are the person who is asking for the password to be reset. Click on the link in the e-mail, and follow the instructions on the page.

6. A new e-mail will be sent to you. This e-mail contains a temporary password. Copy it or write it down. Click on the link in the e-mail.

7. Enter your username and paste or type in the password and log in.

8. Paste or type your temp password in the top box. Then choose a new password and enter it in both fields.

9. If you need to change your e-mail, you can do that from this page as well, but you can always do that later.

10. Click the "Save" button and you're done! You might need to log back in now.

For any questions, please e-mail me at editor@hypography.com. But PLEASE try this procedure at least twice if you can't make it work.

If you get a message saying your e-mail was not found, then you have an old e-mail in our files. You will need to send me an e-mail with your user name and new e-mail, and also include your old e-mail if you can remember it. I need to verify that you are the actual person owning that username.
