Alright I'll try my best to explain how it works.
Starting from the top you have your username, then below that you have the user title. The user title can either be set titles based upon how many posts you have made or your own custom title. Most of you have the post based titles, very few (like me) have custom titles. Below the username and title is where rank titles go. Rank is another name for usergroups (Registered User, Junior Mod, Moderator, Dev Team, Administrator etc...). Ranks can get their own custom text or graphical title. Moderators get a bold text title (as you will see below mine). When we are finished we can create custom usergroup's and give them a custom rank title.
