Why my account cannot post the attachment?

Anyone knows why I cannot post the attachement under my new thread?

yes! welcome to hypography. the more posts you make, the higher you rank in the heiarchy, the more stuff you get to do! i think you can make attachments after 10 posts. (is that a little better tormod ) p.s. this thread should be moved.

Well. I hope this restriction is removed soon.

it will be removed in 3 posts! this system was set up to encourage people to get involved here in the community.

It does not sound good at all when some people want to post some thing with attached files. I think this restriction is no longer to be existed in future.

It is a restriction we imposed to avoid newcomers with bad intent come in here and post images and documents with questionable content and then leave, never to be seen again.

After 10 posts we assume people have an intent to stay and we allow uploading of attachments.

This policy has just been imposed and will not be changed.
