Email Notification

Most of the time, when i recieve email notification of a reply to a topic I get two of the exact same email. This does not happen with other forums.
Does anybody know why this happens?

We've had a couple of reports about this. I am not sure why it happens - I will look into it.

I am also receiving weekly email notifications even though my preferences is selected as "No email notifications."

You're getting WEEKLY??? I didn't even know they existed. Will have to check.

yes, i selected not to receive them in my options but still continue to receive some, but not as many as before (perhaps because i have not been on as much). this can begin to fill my personal emailbox rather quickly and i would rather not receive them.

Yeah... they're being sent at roughly midnight Sunday night/Monday morning each week. I don't know exactly which time-zone, but my email says midnight... so I'm guessing US CENTRAL.

Another feature I didn't know about.

But as to why you're getting it if you're not asking for it...ack.
