Definitly .. I dance

It provides me wth a cardio work out every morning.. and keeps me trim and healthy providing I eat well.. it also utilises all muscle groups in my body..
I would love to take up ballroom dancing .. and quite possibly I will this year or next ..

Mostly what I think’s best described as “full-bodied, Mandingo-style” – sort of like ‘80s thrash, but without all the nasty fists, elbows, impact, and aggression. My wife calls it “leaping around like a fool”.

Hypography?

Hypography [n.]: A combination of "hyperlink" and "bibliography" - ie, a list of links to electronic documents. Comparable to discography and bibliography, but not cartography.
