Definitly .. I dance

It provides me wth a cardio work out every morning.. and keeps me trim and healthy providing I eat well.. it also utilises all muscle groups in my body..
I would love to take up ballroom dancing .. and quite possibly I will this year or next ..

Mostly what I think’s best described as “full-bodied, Mandingo-style” – sort of like ‘80s thrash, but without all the nasty fists, elbows, impact, and aggression. My wife calls it “leaping around like a fool”.

Definitly I agree there.. Its also a form of self expression.. and I love it.. not because I get paid to dance either.. I would still dance even if I didnt get paid..
