Well I don't get the "fingers in their butts" but hot dogs and playing baseball are pretty much American things, so it's an obvious insinuation. It'll be spotted as vandalism and edited out. Edit: already has been.

One of the strangest things I had ever seen was that someone had scrawled "nigger" onto a picture of that South Korean Scientist who faked the cloning (gah, I forget his name). I believe this is what sparked their locking of pictures on the front page.

its sometimes bad that wiki can be edited by anyone. wouldnt it even be a breach of the "neutrality rule" to allow this article to exist?

I remember hearing that the guy that set up Wiki had noticed incorrect information in numerous articles and was trying to make sure that it was all accurate. Apparently he didn't know that he liked playing chess until he read it on Wiki.
