Thumbs up Kombucha

Does anyone here harvest, or culture, or keep (or whatever)
Kombucha?

I'm learning about it from a friend and was wondering if I could stir up a conversation here about it.

Re: Kombucha

don't harvest, but I have tasted.
It tastes really interesting. Kind of bitter, from what I remember.
Supposed to be really good for you, though.
