A few years back, when there was a scandal about this happening in Italian parliament, journalists called them pianists. The weakness of that video is that the journalists (But then they are always dumb, aren't they?) talk as if the damaged party were only the legislator. They, and even the interviewed citizen, talk mainly about it being against the house's own rules and imply the unfairness in comparison to the fact that they want to prevent it when citizens vote, but don't really touch on the real point of import. How much do you care about the laws of your country being chosen (at least indirectly) by the people? Would you be content to have them playing some tricky video game against each other, to pass or fail bills?
