No. In fact we now know that a lot of the bacteria on our skin is actually good for us. But everytime you wash your hands after carving a chicken you kill millions of good bacteria along with the salmonella. Are you saying that the death of all that good bacteria is just a "necessary evil" that you can't do anything about?

I didn't say anything about morality...

But you would have to kill the chicken to clean your hands after carving it...

And I never said it's ok to kill bacteria. The point is that as a creature that can overcome its natural instinct to kill, we should.

Hypography [n.]: A combination of "hyperlink" and "bibliography" - ie, a list of links to electronic documents. Comparable to discography and bibliography, but not cartography.
