With the advent of photoshoping and other forms of altering or simply makling photos from sratch can we ever use a simple photo or flim as real evidence of alein space craft?

I believe there were and are some aliens with more developed techology who can visit earth easily while some who can do this but not that easily. If the former don't want us to know their actions I believe we can't get any trace of their coming, but the latter may be unable to hide their trace perfectly. I suppose there are some evidence of aliens visiting earth which may be true.
