This is a *discussion* forum, and simply posting links is at the very least considered bad etiquette around here. If you'd like to actually describe your claims, some folks around here might be interested in engaging you.

So if Mr. dmabus or anyone else has a claim, the JR Challenge is still open for the next *two years*. Thus it makes no sense to argue that a its being shut down specifically to avoid a claim: there's still lots of time to prove yourself!

The challenge requires that you demonstrate a paranormal ability in a series of controlled tests, following a specific, agreed-upon protocol.

For example a simple protocol is acceptable:

Tester picks a 10 digit number A;
out of sight of Claimant, Tester writes number;
Claimant provides 10 digit number B;
if A=B, test is successful.

The following protocol is not:

Claimant claims that a prediction was made 2 years ago, and what it predicted occurred 1 year ago.

This latter protocol is not testable, because it doesn’t provide a clearly defined, tester-verifiable success/failure criteria.

Your (davidmabus) posts at in CFI’s “Nostradamus Prophesy” thread don’t satisfy the criteria required by the JREF challenge. Your posts at this forum violate the site rules. If you don’t conform to the rules by supporting your claims, your posting privileges at hypography will almost certainly be suspended.
