| Questioning | Re: Can you heeeelp me with my broken handphone!? Depends on how long it was in the washer. If was in for more than 2 minutes, its usually bye, bye phone. Anyway, the proper way to deal with water-damaged phones is: - Remove batteries - Remove Sim-card - Remove face of phone (if possilbe) - send phone to repair (within 24-48 hours if possible, to increase chances of recovery) If you want to try to fix it for yourself, do the same thing, but let the phone dry in the sun for a couple of days (some people have used a hairdrier with results. Can't guarantee that that would work, and it would probably break any warranty you might be eligible for. ---------------- Morten S - Time is fun when we're having flies. - Kermit the frog Let's BOINC for Hypography! || MyBoincStats ||Hypography BoincStats | |
