Re: R&R Name That tune!

If either of you happen to run into Lenny, let him know that I don't appreciate the offloading.

But never leave the stream
Of warm impermanence and
So the days float through my eyes

Travis, The Weight. I had to look it up. Don't get me wrong, I knew the song. Hell, I could sing the song three sheets to the wind. I just didn't know who sung it.

Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way

What is this "southern rock" you speak of?

I've actually never heard that song (as I crawl away embarrassed to the corner). So, Now I have to stump you... let's see...

In restless dreams I walked alone

One of my all time favorite songs, The Sounds of Silence, Simon and Garfunkle.

Don't know southern rock? Leonard Skinner, Allman Brothers, Charlie Daniels band, ZZ Top, Little Texas, Commander Cody and the Lost Planet Airmen, Bad Company, Bob Segar and the Silver Bullet Band, Outlaws, REO Speed Wagon, Foghat, the list is long and famous!
