I hate cell phone drivers. The vast majority of drivers out there CANNOT drive normally while they are on a cell phone. They weave, drive below the limit, make abrupt lane changes to catch a turn they nearly missed for lack of attention to what they're doing behind the wheel. The sit at the light long after it's turned green or barely stop when the light turns red. Their attention is not adequately focused where it should be and it should be legal to pull them over, take their phone and beat them with it.
