If it's a telemarketer, they just don't give up do they. Don't you just hate it. But seriously, it must have something to do with the excited state of blood supply. You may be aware that people with high blood pressure experience the same ringing in their ears. Must have something to do with the blood supply. I'm sure Biochemist can give us a very good description of the phenomenon.

I always thought it had something to do with to many sound waves bouncing off the ear drum. But then again I HAVE NO CLUE!!!!! geeee I helped alot didn't I? What about the ringing noise you hear when you get hit in the ear with a baseball?

Hypography?

Hypography [n.]: A combination of "hyperlink" and "bibliography" - ie, a list of links to electronic documents. Comparable to discography and bibliography, but not cartography.
