Not being up to date on the current pop-scene, I heard Gwen Stefani's "Banana" song for the first time just now. I don't even know what the proper title for the song is, but it has now just been crowned (by me, the dumb song authority) as the dumbest song EVER. Ever since the first caveman named Gak clubbed a baby seal rythmically over the head with the torn-off bloody hind leg of a Bambi-lookalike baby deer, thereby inventing music, a dumber song has never entered the ear-hole of ANY animal on this planet.
Nobody said the invention of music was a nice process. The songs of some individuals are even worse.

It's done in the style of many of Ben Folds songs (Ben provides the piano, I believe). Ben Folds is a wonderful musician but sometimes gets a little...emotional in his music.
