Annoy law

Okay, so what do people think about the new "Annoy" bill that was passed by Congress?

Read up on it here:
News.com FAQ on the new bill

I know a few people around here who'd fit the bill, so to speak.

Re: Annoy law

So forum trolls are now federal criminals?

Is the punishment on a sliding scale? I mean, we just put your standard anti-relativity nut in jail, but can we send the Timecube people to Gitmo?

I can see a conversation with my wife later - "I might be going away for a while. To Jail. And not to some white collar jail - we're talking federal pound-me-in-<HONK> prison."

Irritatingly cute,
