Re: What's the most beautiful thing you've ever seen?

Re: What's the most beautiful thing you've ever seen?

In no particular order.

Snapper rocks, 6ft and offshore. Peeling down the super-bank.

Looking deeply into the eyes of someone you love and seeing love back

Mt Feathertop on a beautifully clear day after heavy snow fall

Sunsets (and sunrises) over the ocean

The stars, on a clear night way out in the country away from the city light

Einstein said that if quantum mechanics is right, then the world is crazy. Well, Einstein was right. The world is crazy.

Smile Re: What's the most beautiful thing you've ever seen?

Swimming with a Giant Sea Turtle on the Great Barrier Reef; Lady Elliot island
She was huge, old and ageless and beautiful. Completely serene and in charge of her environment; disinterested and uninterested in me. One fin had a bit missing from a shark bite.

I lost track of time. She was beautiful.I swam and snorkled with her for ages. Time stopped.
I suffered the next day from massive sunburn!

Re: What's the most beautiful thing you've ever seen?

It's the most difficult thing to select the most beautiful thing one's seen in life.

The most beautiful thing to me is the smile of an infant baby.

My grandmother's smile as she opened my holiday present to her a few days ago (a photo album I'd put together with the help of my girlfriend, starting with pictures from decades ago up through now and a synopsis of what's going on in my world).

For a "thing" not human it would be the circle for me, in all of its different forms

Re: What's the most beautiful thing you've ever seen?

A grown man letting go of all his arrogance and ego and allowing himself to cry.

Seeing the love in my brother-in-law's eyes for his baby daughter.
