I always knew there were folks around with JT's POV. I only met ONE before, and he was a 20-something wannabe Billy Graham hanging out on campus when I was in grad school. The 'sin' of masturbation was one of his favorite topics, as was the 'lusts of the flesh' in general. During the two semesters I saw him, he conducted daily 'Jesus Circles' out under the trees, often well into the evening. Then he was gone. Then I met two freshman girls he had knocked up.
JT may be a different case. Some men have such a low libido, that masturbation actually takes
effort.
For such men, I can see how masturbation might look like a waste of their time.
However, if they then decide that
THEY are normal (which they might do out of self-esteem issues), then of course they would conclude that masturbation is (or should be) a waste of time and life for
everybody! And that everybody else are deluded.
This might even lead one to drop in on wonderful masturbation threads and try to evangelize all the wankers.
Masturbation is NOT a waste of Life.
Masturbation IS a beautiful expression of the experience of Life itself.
