Dogs Peeves with Humans

Ten Peeves that Dogs Have About Humans

1. Blaming your farts on me... not funny... not funny at all !!!

2. Yelling at me for barking.. I'M A ' DOG, YOU IDIOT!

3. Taking me for a walk, then not letting me check stuff out. Exactly whose walk is this anyway?

4. Any trick that involves balancing food on my nose... stop it!

5. Any haircut that involves bows or ribbons. Now you know why we chew your stuff up when you're not home.

6. The sleight of hand, fake fetch throw. You fooled a dog! Whoooo Hoooooooo! What a proud moment for the top of the food chain!

7. Taking me to the vet for "the big snip" and then acting surprised when I freak out every time we go back!

8. Getting upset when I sniff the butts of your guests. Sorry, but I haven't quite mastered that handshake thing yet.

9.Dog sweaters. Hello ???, Haven't you noticed the fur?

10. How you act disgusted when I lick myself. Look, we both know the truth, you're just jealous.

Now lay off me on some of these thing's, We both know who's boss here!!! You don't see me picking up your poop do you ?

Re: Dogs Peeves with Humans

Funny post, Celeste. Thanks!

How about making a question out of this thread so it can get some traction? Like,

"What do you think is one thing that your dog (or other pet) gets frustrated with you about, or wishes you would change?"

For Galiath, I imagine he'd like it if I were home more often, and if I were more attentive when I was. I work two jobs, roughly 10 hour days, and he's home by himself the whole time. It's not like he's writing a novel or something while I'm gone, and I'm sure he's both bored as hell and lonely. But then, when I get home, I'm pretty exhausted and don't do all too much to give him the attention he wants. He gets a decent walk, and I'll throw the ball for about 10 minutes, but then it's time for bed already.

That's my perspective on what my dog wants (and me too, for that matter). How about the rest of you?
