Kava kava

So, I have this sandwich bag with about 1 tsp of light brown powder.

All I know is that it is Kava kava.

I don't know if it's some sort of extract or if it's just dried up root or whatever else it may be.

I really would like to Sample this Kava. I'm just not sure what the dosage should be. Especially since I'm not sure if it's extract or not.

Brown powder.... in a sandwich bag... only thing I know for certain is that it is Kava kava. What should I do?

Disolve it all in boiling water and down it when the water has cooled and wait to see what happens? or should I take a more cautious approach?

ok, I just thought of something.

I'm about to roll a mugwart joint and smoke it.

Would it do me any good to sprinkle some kava on it? Can kava be smoked for effects?

Time to employ any brain cells you may yet have working. Truth is you don't know at all what your light brown powder is. Even if whoever told you is right, moreover well intneded, do you suppose whoever (who all ever?) handled it to put it in the baggy washed their hands the last time they went to the bathroom? What pesticides are in it? Bacteria? Viruses? Fungal spores?
Throw it away & do some reading if you want to exercise your brain.

I think by "kava kava" you're talking about nankona, in which case you haven't got nearly enough.

Kava Kava is usually drunk as a native "beer" in the Pacific Islands.
(Masticated and spat into a communal bowl)
Herbally is is used to calm one.

There are a couple of differnt types of mugwort.I don't think smoking it will do you much good (or harm).
I have placed some under my pillow and experienced the most incedible tecnicolour-fantasy dreams.
Mugwort was one used as a shaman's diving herb.

mmm, yeah, what I ended up doing was smoking a joint with Mugwart, Kava root, Rosemary, and Some tobacco. It was a relaxing and aromatic smoke. But it didn't do much for my dream state. Although, I Did have a bit more of a vivid dream.

Most reports I've read confirm that smoking mugwart works.

One thing really weird that happened to me, though.... the first 20 minutes after smoking the joint.... my pupils got kinda big.

Weird.
