Take it someplace else Leo. If you want to discuss the issues that would drive you to wanting to impeach President Bush, that is fine. But you need to show some more class in your approach.

It's really not necessary to call the President names like that leo555. If you are convinced he needs to be impeached, you'll receive much more serious attention to the question if you'll deliver your reasons with some tact and intelligent commentary instead of resorting to lame cursing................................Infy

I could think of a few, but it would be wasted in this thread!

#1 - its too late into his 2nd term

#2 - wouldn't Dick Cheney take over? which would be the same thing as having Bush. I actually think Cheney is the real president, and Mr. W is a talking puppet.

Actually Racoon, it may even be worse than the same as Bush. I agree with Bush on several things even though I disagree with many of his other positions. I suspect that if Cheney were president, I would find many more things to disagree with........................Infy

Name 'em. I think if there really were anything at all the democrats that hate him so much would have already tried but go ahead, tell us what statutes you think he's violated and what evidence you think supports it.

I think that the notion of an impeachment being purely political is driven home by the fact that some democratic pundints are using it as a reason to vote Democrat - so that they would have enough votes in the house. If a crime were evident there would be no shortage of Republican support. If anything the Republicand are poor at getting everyone to actually play ball. The Democrats are much more effective at keeping their membership in line.
