i just was wondering if anyone here at hypography is aware of what i have just stumbled upon, a fascinating feature of google called "google schoar". this feature allows you to look up scolarly papers, and i have already found some wonderful scientific essays. i figure people who havent heard of it could use it as an exellent source for refrence. that plus wiki? "together we could rule the galaxy!"

I've used this before, but from what I remember, most of the papers were outdated.
I think that the earliest one was from 1993.

I know it's only a beta version, but they could at least add a feature that allows you to filter by dates.

Never. Google is a prety "free" company all-and-all.

Google will make a ton of money on the advertising there, they don't need to charge for it.

yeah i agree, google i think will keep as many as their services free as they can.

cool, im glad you guys liked the link! i didnt know it was outdaterd, i think maybe they are just getting started on archiving it all? thats strange that they wouldnt keep it up to date.
