Sure!
I just started 5 minutes ago and went from 9m on my third try to 85m on my fourth. Just a matter of time.

We should create a Hypo league.

Re: Still bored at work?

Freezy... you're beautiful baby. Finally, a male with looks on the team to match Monomer... I've been feeling a bit like an ogre... Maybe I should be called Shrek. Now that you're here I can blend into the shadows and remain a hermit.

Okay, here's what's disturbing to me. I just did my best throw. I hit 112.561m. Sweet, right? Well, how is it, then, that I'm still only ranked globally at 31,515?

It would be nice if they listed the top scores.

Apparently I lost my touch since my fourth throw and have become a victim of ceiling, floor, and everything in between. I must have thrown it about 60 times with the usual results of shredding, crashing and crumbling, or looping into the floor before the starting line.

I have issues with the so called "starting line". If I click once on the plane in the intro screen, I can then drag my plane around and allegedly release it automatically once it crosses that line. It releases WAY before the line. Does this happen to anybody else? I've experimented with the manual click and release, but I seem to suffer a decrease in velocity as a consequence (it might have something to do with the fact that I'm using a wireless mouse on a wood table). Of course, I've gotten past the chimney before...

I hate this game.

Re: Still bored at work?

Well, I'm hitting 112 - 113 meters pretty consistently. My best 114.358m, and I've upped my global rank to 17,489. However, I'm struggling to see this thing going much farther than 115 meters. How can there be 17.5K people who got farther than this???

I think I'm going back to tossing paper into a waste bin for a while in the original bored at work thread.

Re: Still bored at work?

I guess I fail at this game... or I'm missing something really important, because all I can get is like 9m.

Re: Still bored at work?

Okay scratch that. I just tried again, and I guess I must have not been starting far enough left. This time I jumped miraculously to 58.322.
hahaha.

Re: Still bored at work?

I'm such a lucky man. My girlfriend and I, after working on the house hanging drywall and painting, just laid here in my bed for the past two hours playing this. We took turns, and started perfecting the sweet spot.

I am now at 114.69 meters, and ranked just over 8,000 globally (nearly 30 million paper planes have been tossed).

Here's the deal. Click the plane, bring as far to the top left corner as possible... to the point where the paper is barely visible. Then, take your mouse outside of the window, around to the right, then touch the spot on the right of the screen where you want to toss. The plane accelerates toward that point, out the window and beyond...

We're consistently in the 114's, but continuing to toss... Soon, this alcohol we've been drinking will kick in, and I'll be back down in the 69s...

Who said junior high humor goes out of date?

Cheers.

You *are* a lucky man! She's definitely a keeper. My husband's interest in this lasted about 2 min.

Nice! That plane really gets some speed up. I'm at 114.394 m and my global ranking is 16,826 for now...
