I thought it was quite funny, and certainly an interesting way to promote PCR machines. My colleague, although finding it amusing, thought Bio-Rad had sunk to a new low.

Compliments of XVIVO, created for Harvard, this animation is just magnificant, and has been a favorite of mine for some time.
It makes me wonder even more how life could have just happened *by itself*. But that is neither here nor there.

Now that I know it's on youtube, I thought I would post it here. The first one I'm posting is the full version, but is a little bit too much (although it's very educational). I prefer the shortened version which instead of being narrated, has a nice musical score to it.

I watched the first link and although a lot of the terms went over my head, it was still educational. The animations are amazing!
