View Past Public Lectures - Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics
Saw this posted over
here, and figured all the people who are constantly typing things I can't understand in LaTeX might benefit from it. Just a bunch of video lectures by theoretical physicists available for free online.

Perimeter Institute began in the summer of 1999 when Mike Lazaridis, founder and Co-CEO of Research In Motion (RIM) — maker of the successful BlackBerryTM — found himself in a position to help foster research and innovation in Canada. Howard Burton, from the University of Waterloo, was hired by Mike in August of that same year and, as the Founding Executive Director, was instrumental in determining how a world-class organization devoted to theoretical physics would take shape.
Research
Since research operations began in the fall of 2001, the Institute has grown to include over 60 resident researchers who are involved in day-to-day operations. Additionally, the vigorous Visitor Program has enabled PI to host hundreds of international researchers each year for collaborations and workshops. The current areas of cross-disciplinary research include:
1. Cosmology
2. Particle Physics
3. Quantum Foundations
4. Quantum Gravity
5. Quantum Information Theory
6. Superstring Theory
Outreach
Perimeter Institute plays an active role in highlighting the wonders and importance of scientific research by providing a multitude of scientific and cultural Outreach programs. Year-round programming is specifically crafted to inform and inspire students, teachers and members of the general public at the international level.
