RE: Obvious Existence of God

jasonparker,

You have not posted to this site very often, so I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt that you don't know the rules. Please read and familiarize yourself with the FAQ, ok? It specifically prohibits posting a web address with no explanation. While we try to encourage members to share their views, posting just a web address does not tell us what you think of that site. Are you saying it is a good site? Something worth reading? Or do you think it is foolishness. One couldn't know for sure. If you'd like to share this site with us, please include a brief description of the site, telling us if you agree or not, or at least how you feel about the contents.

Thank you for correcting your post as soon as possible.

RE: Obvious Existence of God

I'll try give my views on the article. IN brief, it tries to prove the obvious existence of GOd through the miraculousness of the universe; the perfect balance of earth and its organisms. That's all. RAther common actually.
Jason, you better take that lesson from Mrs. Momma Irisheyes very seriously (I can tell you that with hindsight)

RE: Obvious Existence of God

i once read a harun yahya book as well. 'tell me about creation' it was called, a creationist book for children. The most interesting of all was imho that much of the pictures, anecdotes etc. was almost identical to the 'scientiffic' books i read when i was small, but just the conclusions are drawn differently.

As for a reply to this article...well i let the line-by-line analysis to freethinker, i would just say:
what kind of an answer it is, if you can ask the same questions (about perfection etc.) about god himself? you only refrase the question and answer nothing.

But jason: give us some of your ideas on this article, instead of posting similar links on every forum of the internet (http://www.google.com/search?num=100...p;btnG=Search)

We've seen that Jason does not think, he just posts this link over and over.

I have no desire to spend any time giving any credibility to this site ever again. Even just by bothering to go to it and report on how absurd it is (again). yahya is a mental midget and anyone that bothers promoting him is not even that credible.

But thanks for thinking of me Bo! :-)

Thumbs down Re: Obvious Existence of God

If it is possible to post a link to that (which shall not be named w/o explanation), ...

would it be possible to post and "anti-link" to annihilate with it after having viewed it. :Confuesed:

I read enough to see it is just someones opinion who I believe is not properly medicated.

The harunyara website used to pop up with regular intervals so now we just ban anyone who post links to it. We can be rather nasty, sometimes, us (as in "we"). Hm, where's my pills.
